Relay and Electronic Box

The electronics module amplifies, filters and monitors the voltage signal sent from the sensor. When iron is detected, the module reads the voltage signal and activates the feed roll stopping mechanism.

The module is capable of filtering interference signals such as radio, television, CB radio and gas engine ignition systems signals.

The metal detector system has on-board diagnostics which will allow the operator to check the system for proper operation.

The electronics module cannot be repaired and must be replaced when diagnosed as a failed part.

The relay module with on-board diagnostics controls the solenoid, electric clutch, warning light and alarm.

The relay module consists of the following parts:

• Three relays
• One 10 amp. automatic reset circuit breaker
• One diode

The relay module cannot be repaired and must be replaced when diagnosed as a failed part.

G-Metal detector test button (test switch in cab may also be used)

K-Clutch shift light
L-Circuit control light for locking pawl magnetic switch
