5-Row and 6-Row Row-Crop Units

These units will optimize the performance of the forage harvester giving a high productivity level.

The wide diameter auger with close coils positively conveys the crop to the feed rolls.

The low profile of the crop dividers easily slips under the crop and makes harvesting easier in down and tangled conditions. Additionally rotating crop dividers are available.

The outer crop gathering units are foldable for transport. Folding operation is easy to perform and requires no tools.

The cutting disks and gathering chains assure high cutting performance and crop gathering capability. The cutting disks require very little maintenance while they always provide the same optimum quality of cut. There are two reasons for this:

• The automatic disk pressure control system
• The self sharpening disk effect.

The automatic disk pressure control system gives continuous shearing effect between the disks excluding any clearance caused by wear. The disk profile assures a self-sharpening effect that guarantees a sharp profile of the disk and extended cutting performance.

The tension of the gathering chains is also automatically controlled, requiring no maintenance. Less time spent on maintenance and optimal harvesting performance are the result.
