Replacing Power Separator Belt

On Machine With Manually Adjusted Idler:

Loosen nut (A) to release tension on idler pulley. Remove and replace power separator belt (B) from power separator sheave (C).

Push on belt with your hand (see arrow) and check for 20 mm (0.8 in.) of belt deflection.

On Machine With Automatic Idler:

The power separator belt (A) is automatically tensioned by the idler spring (B).
