Symptom Problem Solution

On RUN page, weight is incorrectly accumulated

No calibration was done

Perform a yield calibration

Yield is not displayed

Speed sensor out of adjustment

Adjust speed sensor (see "Adjusting Feed Roll Speed Sensor")

Yield is constantly too high or too low

System is out of calibration

Perform a yield calibration.

Incorrect header width

Change header width.

Incorrect crop selection

Change crop selected.

Yield is zero

No ground speed

See your John Deere dealer.

Mass-flow sensor unplugged

Plug mass-flow sensor in.

Yield is not saved when RECORDING is OFF

Feed roll speed is below minimum allowed speed

Check machine engine speed. Check sensor adjustment.

Sensor header up/down does not work

Check adjustment and harness. Contact your John Deere dealer.

Yield is not saved (in maize)

Despite the header lowered, no yield data are saved

Lower header furthermore or select RECORDING IS status by MATERIAL.

Yield is calculated while no material flows with RECORDING is ON status (in Maize)

Header not fully raised at end of row

Fully raise header at end of row.

Yield is recorded without mass flow when RECORDING is ON

Feed rolls do not contact stop plates

Remove all crop accumulation around feed roll bearings.

Yield is not saved (in grass)

Windrow is too weak or too light

Try to drive faster.

Select RECORDING IS status by HEADER.
