Checking Feed Roll Stop Plates-Every 50 Hours
Feed roll stop plate cleanliness is an important factor for an accurate throughput calculation. Feed rolls should always contact stop plates without material in between.
IMPORTANT:
Check feed roll stop plates cleanliness in weekly intervals. Make sure the upper feed rolls are parallel and not in contact with lower rolls (see machine Operator's Manual).
