If possible, use complete stationary knife adjusting range before setting back stationary knife and readjusting cutterhead knives.
IMPORTANT:
Thoroughly clean area between smooth roll and stationary knife before setting back stationary knife.
When moving the cutterhead knives forward, the slots in the cutterhead knives must not be visible.
Work Steps:

Set back stationary knife.
2.
Readjust cutterhead knives.
3.
Sharpen cutterhead knives.
4.
Adjust stationary knife.
5.
Check adjustment of outlet band/spiral floor or recirculating screen and readjust, if necessary.
