ClimaTrak™ Automatic Temperature Control

ClimaTrak™ Automatic Temperature Control consists of a temperature selector switch (A), mode selector switch (B), a fan speed control switch (C), solar sensor (D) and cab temperature sensor (E).

With the mode selector switch in the OFF position, all power to the air conditioning system will be off, including the pressurizer fan. In the ON position, power is supplied for normal functions. In the DEFOG position, power is supplied to the compressor regardless of temperature selection to remove moisture from the air even in the heat mode.

NOTE: The cab temperature sensor (E) is located behind the training seat. Do not cover this sensor, the system may not operate correctly in the AUTO mode.

The recirculation fan controls air coming out of the louvers. Fan speed control switch controls an infinitely variable fan. It also has a detent position for automatic fan speed operation. In this position, fan speed is determined by the difference between set point temperature and actual cab temperature. As temperature approaches the set point, fan speed decreases.

The desired cab temperature is selected with the temperature selector switch. Turn knob to desired temperature setting.

To calibrate the ATC temperature and blower potentiometers use the following addresses:

  • ATC temperature potentiometer - Address RCP 117
  • ATC blower potentiometer - Address RCP 118
