Address RGC 105 Calibration - Bias

When this address is selected and the next calibration button is pressed, the bias calibration starts.

After the calibration is complete, press the enter key in order to accept the calibration.

NOTE: The bias calibration increases the duty cycle on each valve until the rear wheel steering begins to move, then records the duty cycle when movement occurs for the left and right valves.
