Address RGC 108 Calibration - Steering Test Mode

Turning the row guidance potentiometer to the right shall drive the right steering valve.

The valve modulation shall increasing linearly from 0 to 100% modulation as the potentiometer is turned fully clockwise from center.

Conversely when the potentiometer is turned counter clockwise the left steering valve shall be driven in the same manner.
