Possible values: 5 - 100
The value is in terms of percent throttle/sec..
X - 40 = increase the throttle 40% in one second.

Slow throttle increase / decrease speed of the engine.

X - 15 = increase the throttle 15% in one second.

103 Input Calibration Slow Throttle Speed Hold Time
The time the slow throttle speed engine acceleration is active before the high throttle engine speed acceleration becomes active.
Possible values: 20 - 2000
The value is in terms of milliseconds.
X - 1000 = the slow throttle speed engine acceleration for 1 second and after that use the fast throttle speed engine acceleration.
Default value - 500
