Number Type Description
100 Input Calibration Gain Setting
The value of the system gain selection parameter is between 1 and 8.
Default value - 6
This parameter selects one of eight system gains which control the gain of the feedback control loop.
Display:
RGC
100
6

NOTE: Too much system gain can cause the system to respond quickly and may cause the operator discomfort since it will change the steering angle more for small values of feeler input. Likewise too small a value can cause the system to lose track of the rows.

101 Input Calibration Ratio Setting
The value of the ratio setting parameter is between 1 and 12.
Default value - 4
Display:
RGC
101
4

NOTE: The ratio is a value that changes with the speed of the machine. As the machine travels faster the steering response becomes quicker. The inputs and outputs are adjusted using the ratio setting as a starting point.

102 Input Calibration Filter Setting
The filter setting parameter determines how much filtering is applied to the feeler inputs before being used by the control algorithm.
The value of the filter setting is between 1 and 10.
Default value - 2
Display:
RGC
102
2

NOTE: A value of 1 selects minimal filtering of the feelers. Increasing this value de-sensitizes the feelers which can help if the system seems to over-respond with small changes to the feeler inputs.

103 Input Calibration Reset Default Values
Used to reset all parameters to default conditions.
Following row guidance parameters are reset to the default conditions when a value of 1 is written at this address:Gain settingRatio settingFilter settingBias calibrationFeeler calibrationSteering offsetDisplay:

Number Type Description
104 Interactive Calibration Steering Offset
Used to calibrate the steering position sensor offset.

NOTE: For detailed calibration procedure see "Address RGC 104 Calibration - Steering Offset" in this section.

105 Interactive Calibration Bias Calibration
Used to start the bias calibration of the steering valve.

NOTE: For detailed calibration procedure see "Address RGC 105 Calibration - Bias" in this section.

106 Interactive Calibration Feeler Rest Position
Used to calibrate at rest position of the feelers.

NOTE: For detailed calibration procedure see "Address RGC 106 Calibration - Feeler Rest Position" in this section.

107 Interactive Calibration Feeler Maximum Deflect Position
Used to calibrate the maximum deflect positions of the feelers.

NOTE: For detailed calibration procedure see "Address RGC 107 Calibration - Feeler Maximum Deflect Position" in this section.

108 Interactive Calibration Steering Test Mode
Used to test the response of the steering valves on the system when this address is selected.

NOTE: For detailed calibration procedure see "Address RGC 108 Calibration - Steering Test Mode" in this section.

109 Input Calibration Feeler Side Swap
Used to allow the operator to swap the left and right feeler sides.
This address allows to connect the feeler harness without having to worry about which side to route the feeler harness wiring.
A value of 0 is normal.
A value of 1 swaps the feeler sides.
