Operation and Diagnostics Runoff Checklist

ATC - A utomatic T emperature C ontrol

1. Turn key ON. ATC Diagnostic Indicator should light for 2 seconds and then turn off and stay off.

2. Turn ATC rocker switch to OFF. Pressurizer Blower and Recirculation Blower should both be OFF.

3. Turn ATC rocker switch to ON. Pressurizer Blower and Recirculation Blower should both be ON.

4. Turn Temperature Setpoint to minimum 16° C (60° F). lf cab tempemperature is above 16° C (60° F), the Compressor should turn ON. The Water Valve should close (counter-clockwise). In time, outlet air should get cold.

5. Turn Fan Speed to AUTO. Pressurizer Blower should be ON and Recirculation Blower speed should slowly increase to maximum (ramp rate depends on Setpoint Error).

6. Turn Fan Speed to minimum. Pressurizer Blower should be ON and Recirculation Blower at minimum speed.

7. Put Solar Sensor in direct sunlight, or illuminate with flashlight. Recirculation Blower speed should slowly increase by approximately 10%.

8. Turn Fan Speed to maximun. Pressurizer Blower should be ON and Recirculation Blower at maximum speed.

9. Turn Temperature Setpoint to maximum 32° C (90° F). lf cab temperature is below 32° C (90° F), the Compressor should turn OFF. The Water Valve should open (clockwise). In time, outlet air should get hot.

10. Turn rocker switch to DEFOG. If outside temperature is below -4° C (25° F), the Compressor should turn ON.
