Address SPF 110 Calibration - Sharpening Stone Direction Check

Ignition and field mode are switched on.

After entering this diagnostic address the display will show the address and PS (Powr-Savr).

Press and hold the knife sharpen mode switch until the display changes to out, indicating the SPFH control unit is in the sharpening calibration mode.

If the sharpening door is properly calibrated, the door will automatically open.

If the open position is reached the sharpening stone drives out until the stone position potentiometer reaches 4.5 volts.

The display changes to in and the sharpening stone drives in until the stone position potentiometer reaches 0.75 volts.

EOC will display the end of calibration mode, if the sharpening stone position potentiometer reaches the voltage limits successfully.

If the voltage limits are not reached, Err will be displayed and the SPFH control unit exits calibration mode.
