OCP 158 00 2   Battery Voltage High indicates that the system battery voltage input to the overhead control panel control unit is above 16 volts. Control Unit shutdown, Control unit functions not available.
OCP 158 01 2   Battery Voltage Low indicates that the system battery voltage input to the overhead control panel control unit is below 10.5 volts. Control Unit shutdown, Control unit functions not available.
OCP 623 05 2   Red Stop Lamp Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the indication lamp driver fault input is inactive AND red lamp is inactive (OFF) AND remaining lamps are active (ON). This diagnostic trouble code is sent during the power on test period only. Red stop lamp is not available to signalize a stop lamp failure.
OCP 624 05 3   Amber Warning Lamp Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the indication lamp driver fault input is inactive AND amber warning lamp is inactive (OFF) AND remaining lamps are active (ON). This diagnostic trouble code is sent during the power on test period only. Warning lamp is not available to signalize a warning lamp failure.
OCP 628 12 2   Program Memory Failure indicates that control unit boot block detects that the application software is not executing (generated by the boot block) Control unit function not available.
OCP 987 05 2   Protect Lamp Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the indication lamp driver fault input is inactive AND protect lamp is inactive (OFF) AND remaining lamps are active (ON). This diagnostic trouble code is sent during the power on test period only. Protect lamp is not available to signalize a protect lamp failure.

OCP 300302 12 2   Powr-Savr Switch Component Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects any of the powr-savr switches (kernel processor adjust, kernel processor adjust abort, stationary knife adjust, stationary knife away, cutterhead sharpen or home position) are pressed AND the interlock relay driver input is inactive (low). Internal problem to conrol the Powr-Savr interlock relay output, no Powr-Savr motor power available.
OCP 300303 03 2   Powr-Savr Interlock Relay Failure To Open (Powr-Savr Motor Power Detected) indicates that the overhead control panel control unit receives a CAN message that indicates a powr-savr function is inactive AND the control panel detects powr-savr motor power (powr-savr motor power input is active (high) for longer than 500 ms). Relay failure.
OCP 300303 04 2   Powr-Savr Interlock Relay Failure To Close (No Powr-Savr Motor Power) indicates that the overhead control panel control unit receives a CAN message that indicates a powr-savr function is active AND the control panel detects no powr-savr motor power (powr-savr motor power input is inactive (low) for longer than 500 ms). No Powr-Savr motor power. Powr-Savr function can not be performed.
OCP 300305 03 2   Kernel Processor Adjust Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the kernel processor adjust switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably kernel processor adjust switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300306 03 2   Kernel Processor Adjust Abort Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the kernel processor adjust abort switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably kernel processor adjust abort switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300307 03 2   Stationary Knife Away Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the stationary knife away switch is pressed continuously for 2 minutes. Probably stationary knife away switch does not work correctly.

OCP 300308 03 2   Stationary Knife Adjust Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the stationary knife adjust switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably stationary knife adjust switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300309 03 2   Home Position Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the home position switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably home position switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300310 03 2   Cutterhead Sharpen Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the cutterhead sharpen switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably cutterhead sharpen switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300311 05     Indicator Lamp Failure indicates if any one of the indicator lamps fails during the run time, after Power On test period.  
OCP 300312 04 2   Row Guidance Enable / Disable Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the row guidance enable / disable switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably row guidance enable / disable switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300313 04 2   Metal Detector Calibrate Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the metal detector calibrate switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably metal detector calibrate switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300314 04 2   Metal Detector Test Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the metal detector test switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably metal detector test switch does not work correctly.
OCP 300315 04 2   Metal Detector Enable Switch Failure indicates that the overhead control panel control unit detects the metal detector enable switch is pressed continuously for 1 minute. Probably metal detector enable switch does not work correctly.
