Control Unit SPN FMI Pri. Indicator Light Description Effect
RGC 300643 06 2 Row guidance Right Solenoid Short Circuit indicates that the row guidance control unit is enabled AND that the right solenoid impedance is too low, therefore the solenoid may be short circuited. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300648 05 2 Row guidance Left Feeler Open Circuit indicates that the row guidance control unit is enabled AND that the left feeler input is out of range high, so the feeler is either disconnected or open circuited. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300649 05 2 Row guidance Right Feeler Open Circuit indicates that the row guidance control unit is enabled AND that the right feeler input is out of range high, so the feeler is either disconnected or open circuited. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300651 14 3 Row guidance Rear Steering Out Of Controllable Range indicates that the operator attempts to activate automatic steering OR it is currently active AND the rear wheels are out of the range. The row guidance control unit is allowed a range which allows to steer the rear wheels about the center calibration point of the rear steering potentiometer. Generated if 0.625 V above or below calibrated position. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300652 14 2 Row guidance Cannot Reach Left Bias Current indicates that the row guidance control unit is enabled AND still active but was not able to reach a point where the left valve current reached the calibrated current value in the control unit. Minimum time is 250 ms, and error is generated after the PWM duty cycle exceeds 20 %. The steering control is returned to the operator and the automatic steering is disabled.
RGC 300653 14 2 Row guidance Cannot Reach Right Bias Current indicates that the row guidance control unit is enabled AND still active but was not able to reach a point where the right valve current reached the calibrated current value in the control unit. Minimum time is 250 ms, and error is generated after the PWM duty cycle exceeds 20 %. The steering control is returned to the operator and the automatic steering is disabled.

Control Unit SPN FMI Pri. Indicator Light Description Effect
RGC 300654 14   Row guidance Bias Calibration Aborted indicates that the row guidance control unit is enabled AND the bias calibration is disabled if more than 20% duty cycle is exceeded. Row guidance cannot be activated.
RGC 300655 14 3 Row guidance Engine Speed Too Slow To Allow Active Row Guidance indicates that the row guidance control unit is currently active OR the operator attempts to activate the row guidance control unit AND that the engine speed is too slow to allow the row guidance control unit to initiate automatic steering. Threshold: 1500 rpm. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300656 14 3 Row guidance Operator Not Seated. Cannot Allow Active Row Guidance indicates that the row guidance control unit is currently active OR the operator attempts to activate the row guidance control unit AND the operator has left the seat for more than 5 seconds. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300657 14 3 Row guidance Ground Speed Too Fast For Active Row Guidance indicates that the operator attempts to activate the automatic steering OR the automatic steering is active AND the speed of the vehicle is too fast for the row guidance control unit. Threshold: 15.5 km/h. Row guidance goes out of automatic steering and cannot be engaged.
RGC 300658 14 3 Row guidance Operator Turned Steering. Active Row Guidance Disabled indicates that the row guidance control unit automatic steering is still active AND the operator has turned the steering wheel and activated the pressure override switch. The steering control is returned to the operator and the automatic steering is disabled.
RGC 300659 14 3 Row guidance Cutterhead Is Not Spinning. Denied To Activate Row Guidance indicates that the operator attempts to activate automatic steering AND the row guidance control unit senses the cutterhead is not spinning via a CAN message from the SPFH main control unit. Threshold: cutterhead speed > 400 rpm. Row guidance automatic steering cannot be engaged.
