Opening Feed Roll Housing

Detach harvesting unit.

Move front shield of feed roll housing into vertical position.

Shut off engine.

CAUTION: Before carrying out any adjustment or service work, always disengage all drives, shut off engine and wait until all moving parts have stopped.

NOTE: To open cover (A), use a suitable tool (size 13 mm) or tool (X) (available through regular spare parts channels) or a screwdriver.

Fold cover (A) to the front or remove it.

Remove guard (B).

Remove cap screws (A), (B) and (C).

Remove jointed shafts (A) and (B) from length-of-cut transmission.

Open feed roll housing.
