Checking Belt Alignment

Start engine and engage main clutch for approximately 30 seconds. Shut off engine.

CAUTION: Before carrying out any adjustment or service work always disengage all drives, shut off engine and wait until all moving parts have stopped.

Check if multiple V-belt below idler roll is aligned with main drive and cutterhead pulleys. If necessary, adjust tensioner arm support at rod (A).
