After First 2 Hours Of Operation

· Change engine oil.

· Check for loose or missing hardware.

Daily

· Check engine oil level.

· Check for loose or missing hardware.

As Required

· Replace/adjust auger drive belt.

· Replace traction drive belt.

· Replace shear bolt.

· Adjust chute controls.

· Adjust spout control lever.

· Clean fuel cap vents.

· Check auger clutch/impeller brake.

· Replace fuel filter, if equipped.

· Check tire pressure.

· Lubricate discharge chute.

· Check traction drive clutch.

· Check speed/shift linkage.

· Check drive chain.

25 Hours

· Lubricate auger drive shaft.

· Check spark plug.

· Change engine oil.

· Check tire pressure.

· Lubricate internal drive.

· Check gearbox lubricant.

· Lubricate discharge chute.

· Adjust auger drive belt tension.

100 Hours Or Annually

· Check/clean engine cooling fins.

· Check tire pressure.

· Lubricate auger drive shaft.

· Check gearbox lubricant.

· Lubricate internal drive.

· Lubricate discharge chute.

· Adjust auger drive belt tension.
