Every 25 Hours - 1600ˇ Lubricate caster wheels and caster arm bushings (20 places). ˇ Lubricate mower blade spindles (7 places). ˇ Lubricate side deck lift arms (2 places). ˇ Lubricate front deck lift arms (4 places). ˇ Check for bent or dull mower blades. Every 50 Hoursˇ Check battery fluid level. Clean battery posts as needed. ˇ Inspect tires and check air pressure. ˇ Check mechanical four wheel drive (MFWD) oil level. Every 100 Hoursˇ Power wash mower decks with shields removed (1600). ˇ Lubricate side mower deck lift cylinders-4 places (1600). ˇ Lubricate steering cylinder (2 places). ˇ Lubricate mechanical four wheel drive shaft universal joints (2 places). ˇ Lubricate hydrostatic creep adjustment eccentric (1 place). ˇ Lubricate rockshaft pivot areas (2 places). ˇ Lubricate tie rod ends (2 places). ˇ Lubricate rear axle pivot (1 place). ˇ Inspect mower deck drive belt condition (front and side decks) (1600). ˇ Check and adjust mower deck drive belt tension (front and side decks) (1600). ˇ Clean debris from radiator fins with pressurized air. Every 200 Hoursˇ Change engine oil and filter. ˇ Check fuel filter sediment bowl. ˇ Inspect alternator belt and fan belt for wear and proper tension. ˇ Check tightness of air intake and coolant hose clamps. Every 400 Hoursˇ Change hydraulic oil and filter. Every 500 Hoursˇ Change mechanical four wheel drive oil. ˇ Change fuel filter and clean sediment bowl. ˇ Check roll-over protection system (ROPS) hardware for proper torque. ˇ Have your authorized dealer service the fuel injectors, rear axle pivot pin, valve clearance, and engine idle speed.
