Tighten wheel bolts.

Check transaxle mounting bolts (6).

Check engine oil.

Check tire pressure.

Check parking brake and adjust as
necessary.

DAILY, BEFORE EACH USE OR AS REQUIRED

Check engine oil level.

Check coolant level.

Check air intake screens.

Check for oil leaks.

Check hoses for wear.

Check cutting unit reel and bed knife for

sharpness and nicks.

Check reel-to-bed knife settings and

adjust as necessary.

Check cutting height and adjust as
necessary.

Check greens and turf conditioner

height setting.

Check greens and turf conditioner for missing blades or excessive blade wear.

EVERY 25
HOURS

Check belt tension.

Grease front and rear rollers
(both ends).

Grease reel bearings (both ends).

Grease right hand front lift arm
(4 locations).

Grease left hand front lift arm
(4 locations).

Grease center lift arm
(5 locations).

Grease brake pedal.

Grease hydrostatic pedal.

Grease mow/transport lever.

Grease powered brush shaft
(both ends).

Grease greens and turf conditioner shaft.

Check tire pressure.

Check and clean precleaner and
air cleaner.

Check ignition interlock system.

Check hydraulic reservoir oil level.

AFTER FIRST 50 HOURS OF OPER-ATION

Change hydraulic oil filter.

50 HOURS,
100 HOURS, AND EVERY 200 HOURS. (AT LEAST ONCE PER YEAR)

Change engine oil and filter.

EVERY 100 HOURS

Check battery electrolyte level.

Adjust parking brake.

Clean radiator fins and screens.

Check and adjust cutting unit shield

clearance to blades.

Check and adjust power brush

to rear roller setting.

EVERY 300 HOURS

Replace air cleaner paper element.

Measure valve clearance and

adjust as necessary.

EVERY 1000 HOURS OR ONCE EACH SEASON

Change hydraulic oil and filter.

Clean hydraulic oil reservoir strainer.

Grease and adjust rear wheel bearings.

Grease pivot for rear wheel fork.

Replace fuel filter.

Inspect engine compartment hoses.

Check and adjust belt tension.

EVERY 1000 HOURS OR ONCE EACH SEASON

Check and adjust Greens And Turf Conditioner drive belt.

Inspect power brush drive belt.
