Before Each Use

Check engine oil level.

Check coolant level in overflow reservoir.

Check wheel bolt torque (First 100 hours).

Recommended Service After Each Use

Clean the clippings and dirt from the engine, especially from the air intake screens(s).

Remove belt shields. Clean and inspect the belts.

Inspect the belts.

Clean under the deck and inspect the blades.

Check for loose, missing, or damaged parts.

If operating in severe conditions, lubricate the mower deck blade spindles and tensioner pivot.

Lubricate the three rear steering spindles.

Lubricate the steering cylinder pivots.

Lubricate the tie rod ends.

Check the tire pressure.

Check the mower level.

Adjust the cutting height and gauge wheel.

Fill the fuel tank.

Check the air filter restriction indicatior.

Turn the fuel shutoff to the CLOSED position.

Blow out debris from radiator and oil cooler.

Every 25 Hours

Check the mower blades.

Lubricate the mower deck spindles.

Lubricate the mower deck belt tensioner pivot.

Lubricate the mower deck lift arms (60 inch deck).

Lubricate the transmission control arm.

Lubricate the pedal pivot.

Lubricate the driveline.

Lubricate the mower deck belt tensioner bracket.

Lubricate the front mower lift arm pivots

Check the tire pressure.

Check the indicator lights.

First 50 Hours

(Follow the regular interval after first 50 hours.)

Change engine oil and filter (only at first 50 hours).

Change transaxle oil and filter (only at first 50 hours).

Change the hydraulic oil filter (only at first 50 hours).

Every 50 Hours

Check the battery electrolyte level.

Every 100 Hours

Check transmission oil level.

Check the valve clearance (only at first 100 hours).

Every 200 Hours

Change the engine oil and filter.

Check mower deck gearbox oil level.

Check PTO gearbox oil level.

Check the safety system.

Replace the air cleaner elements.

Check blade stop time.

Every 400 Hours

Change the transaxle oil and filter.

Change the hydraulic oil filter

Change the mower deck gearbox oil.

Check the toe-in.

Change the fuel filter.

Drain, flush, and fill the cooling system.

Every 500 Hours

Tighten the hose clamps.

Check the valve clearance.

Every 2000 Hours

Replace engine hoses.
